This is a sample of a doll's hat that can be created from a bookmark. Both example hats were decorated with hand-cut paper. The hat paper is white, the black paper is just an unattached background used for contrast.

Note that the displayed size probably does not match the size of the original, and, of course, that the creation of the doll was blended with an appropriate legend. There is also given an appropriate song, but that isn't stressed.
